2. Infrastructure
Additional instructions for escalated call-outs
- Aged housing – Open and follow these instructions
- Boardwalk – Inspection required to determine health and safety risk.
- Large fence / wall fallen– Inspection required to determine health and safety risk.

- Public toilet plumbing issue – Assess situation and call contractor if help is needed

- Electricity loss of power – Assess situation and call contractor if help is needed

3. Recreation Services
Additional instructions for escalated call-outs
- The call centre will inform you of what zones, alarm and sensor is activated.
- You will need a GMK key and a code to enter.
- Enter through reception area.
- Go to security pad.
- See which zone has been activated, this will be indicated by one of the 5 red zone lights flashing.
- Enter your personal code
- Press Off, 0 and Enter.
- This will disarm the entire centre.
- Proceed to the activated area, rectify the activation cause and check area.
- Return to entrance security pad.
- Enter personal code.
- Press On, 0 and Enter.
Note: User groups & functions that have unsupervised access to a particular area, only have a key and code to that area.
4. Parks & Gardens

- Broken tap – Go onsite to assess situation. If help is needed call Midwest Solar & Water 08 9964 3937
- Reticulation/sprinkler – If Mark is unavailable call Cujo (Dwayne Calver) 0437 817 211
- Fallen tree/branch – Go onsite to assess situation. If safe, leave until the next business day.

- Pipe main break / damage to standpipe – Assess situation and call contractor if help is needed
