  • Boardwalk – Inspection required to determine health and safety risk.

Additional instructions for escalated call-outs

    1. The call centre will inform you of what zones, alarm and sensor is activated.
    2. You will need a GMK key and a code to enter.
    3. Enter through reception area.
    4. Go to security pad.
    5. See which zone has been activated, this will be indicated by one of the 5 red zone lights flashing.
    6. Enter your personal code
    7. Press Offand Enter.
    8. This will disarm the entire centre.
    9. Proceed to the activated area, rectify the activation cause and check area.
    10. Return to entrance security pad.
    11. Enter personal code.
    12. Press On0 and Enter

    Note: User groups & functions that have unsupervised access to a particular area, only have a key and code to that area.

      • Broken tap – Go onsite to assess situation. If help is needed call Midwest Solar & Water 08 9964 3937
      • Reticulation/sprinkler – If Mark is unavailable call Cujo (Dwayne Calver) 0437 817 211
      • Fallen tree/branch –  Go onsite to assess situation. If safe, leave until the next business day.
