Responsiblities

It is the responsiblity of each employee to identify outdated policies, procedures and forms during the performance of their day to day functions.Council policies are reviewed and adopted each year by Council. Management policies are reviewed each year and are signed off by the CEO. Financial procedures are audited each year.

Who do I contact to advise changes?

To advise of a document change contact the following;

  • Governance department (for Council and Management Policies) 
  • Line Manager / Process Improvement  for ‘next action’ advice (for any process improvement, procedures, other documents)
  • Complete the online form (below) for forms/templates
